            Enabling blocked content in Firefox, Chrome and IE


            In general, you do not want to override the security features of your browser, but if you trust the source of the content (e.g., a Service Intelligence email) you can enable the blocked content on a per-page or per-site basis.

            Follow the instructions for your browser to enable blocked content:

            Enabling blocked content in Firefox:

            1. Click the Shield icon that appears beside the address of the web site.
            2. Select the arrow beside Keep Blocking and select Disable Protection on This Page.

            3. Click Continue

            Enabling blocked content in Chrome:

            Click the Shield icon that appears beside the address of the web site. Then click Load unsafe script.

            Enabling blocked content in Internet Explorer 10:

            At the bottom of the browser window you will see a message box that says, "Only secure content is displayed."

            Click Show all content button to view whatever is being blocked.
