            How to Add Vehicle Owner's Email to SMS and CRM

            This article explains how to add a vehicle owner's email to SMS and CRM for Service Intelligence.

            STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE DESKTOP APPLICATION

            To save an email for a vehicle, open any report of that vehicle and click the email icon from the menu ribbon at the top.




            A dialogue box will open. Below Email Address there is a white bar. If there is no email address saved it will be blank. Otherwise, it will have the previously saved email address there.




            Type in a new email address in the bar and check the box next to Save Email Address. Then, click the OK button. This will save the address in Service Intelligence.




            Another way to update the email address in Service Intelligence is to update the vehicle's email in your shop management system, and then click the Synchronize button on the ribbon menu.
