            How to Print a ServiceIntelligence Report

            About:

            The core of ServiceIntelligence is the point of sale reports. These help our customers understand the value that can come from a fleet management provider and should regularly be given to our customers with each service visit. In order to achieve this, SI POS reports can be printed and/or emailed to our customers from the SI desktop application.

             

            Solution:

            Inside of SI, navigate to the customer you intend to print a report for using the search box in the upper left corner.

            Select the customer, and then the vehicle that you wish to print.


            Select Print from the button-ribbon above the SI Report.


            Select the appropriate printer from the dialogue box.


            Select Print to send a report to the printer.

             

            Notes:

            Settings in the print dialogue box are saved after initial configuration. To make things easier, once you set it up correctly the first time, you can quicklyhit print without establishing the printer after easch use. In order to print multiple vehicle summary reports at once, you have the ability to right click on a customer from the list of vehicles on the left and select, "Print All Summaries" as demonstrated in the screenshot below. Once the dialogue box opens, select the reports to print.
