            Stop Automated Communication with a Customer

            1. Open Service Intelligence.
            2. In the top menu bar go to "Tools -> Contact Manager"
            3. Search by name or email and click on the customer.
            4. On the right, uncheck any communication you do not want the specific customer to receive.

            Important Note:
            Do no uncheck print, or you will not see the customer in the future on trying to search for them.


            Check = Enable  /  Uncheck = Disable 

            1. Email - Enable / Disable - email communication to Customer
            2. Postcard - Enable / Disable - postcard send to Customer
            3. Print - Enable / Disable - Showing on the Point of Sale (POS)
            4. SMS - Enable / Disable - SMS messages to Customer
